An application from foreign countries becomes only a reservation.
Please pay a fee on the day.
We accept a reservation only by an email.

You put it together on participation day and assume a title of e-mail
"P-hour07 Oct21" or " P-hour07 Oct22".
You write a name, a phone number, the reservation number of people in the
text of an email.
A few days later, a reply reaches you from us.
There are not air conditioner facilities in a venue. At the time of fine
weather, temperature of avenue may rise to 40 degrees. Please take measures
to take water a little too much without overdoing it.
A sponsor, a performer do not take all responsibility for an injury、an
attack, an accident, theft, and otherthings in a venue,
There is not a parking lot for spectators. Please use public transport.
